Answer: all of the above are probably situationally dependent. Borrowing L's face is probably pretty "safe" in Ataraxion as it stands, but it would be dangerous for her, and maybe for him, if he ever had certain castmates, and even if those castmates never showed up, it would seriously annoy him and probably cause enmity that wouldn't be worth it. OTOH, him being seriously annoyed and telling her about it might lead to interesting CR, so at some point it might be worth discussing.
